All of the members of TGS work hard and give 100% in classes. No class is easy regardless of your abilities, with our fantastic trainers, they can easily see when you need an extra push, help or encouragement. That given with our small class numbers, mean each and every member gets the attention and help if needed in every session. We are not about catering for the masses and trying to get 50-100 members to a class where it would be impossible to monitor and asses each attendee. Instead we focus on technique and results.
