Unfit and struggle with day to day chores
This 12-week course will guide you through all aspects of healthy living, nutrition and physical exercise aimed to help you lose weight, be healthy and most of all enjoy yourself and the food you are eating all at the same time.
This is not a weight watchers / slimming world group where the emphasis is on losing weight fast – our weight management course ran by Matt Knight (Health coach/personal trainer and who has worked as a health/fitness professional for 21 years) is all about education and gaining the results you want through sensible and healthy methods.
So if you're new to exercise, interested in weight loss and want to maintain a healthy lifestyle this is the course for you.
Starting January 2017, we will be holding FREE Welcome* sessions which will give you an insight to the week by week literary, what will be involved and expected from you. This will also give you the opportunity to meet the trainer (Matt) and ask as many questions as you like about the course and clear any queries / reservations you may have.
You will have your own Assessment Folder – Full Body analysis will be recorded including Weight, height, body fat %, measurements & blood pressure.
Each session will last 1.5 hours – split half into nutrition guidance / information & half physical activity
Over the course there will be 12 different nutrition topics & opportunity to ask your own questions reading any nutrition quires.
Materials & handouts including meal plans, healthy eating guides & Cooking Tips.
Final body analysis at the end of the course to see results both physically and mentally Maintenance sessions to follow course to keep clients on track.
